A Florida physiomesh   defective product liability lawsuit  has been filed against   Johnson & Johnson and Ethicon. The  plastic physiomesh  mesh engulfed her internal organs and had to be removed.

Gilman filed the lawsuit  in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, claiming that the Ethicon Physiomesh was defectively designed and was faulty for hernia repair.
