Bard Inc.’s vaginal mesh implants.Judge Goodwin, who is overseeing federal AMS mesh lawsuits, has selected four cases to serve as bellwether trials. These cases were identified in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia. The first bellwether trial involving AMS vaginal mesh is scheduled for December 2013.
